Shipping Times - Once your order has been processed, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days. If you’re in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, please allow an extra 7-12 business days. We appreciate your patience—good things take time! Shipping times may vary slightly due to holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Free Shipping when you buy two or more items! 

Tracking Your Order - Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow its progress every step of the way. If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 days, please reach out to us at support@hookedtees.co. We’re always here to help! 

Lost or Delayed Packages - We’re dedicated to making sure your items arrive safe and sound. In the unlikely event your package hasn’t arrived on time, don’t worry!
